Technical Officer (Doors/Windows)

With an ambitious expansion plan, ABYAT's first store was opened in Kuwait in March 2008. With Kuwait as the company's launch pad, ABYAT is actively pursuing starting operations in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman over the coming 10 years. The first branch in the GCC area opened in Dammam, KSA in 2012. We are looking for Accounts Payable to join us in our commitment to excellence in recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payment of invoices to maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for product article creation and system integration requirements to product launching until discontinuation.
  • Initiate and lead projects to test, validate, and improve internal processes, and provide regular reports to manager.
  • Determining product specifications according to product nature.
  • Continually evaluates and searches for improvements to existing products according to changing customer needs, product complaints.
  • Communicate with related supplier to fulfill the required information needed for products in development progress.
  • Communicate necessary information with necessary departments for the smooth product launch.
  • Develop and maintain knowledgebase documentation, tools, and templates.
  • Stay current on regulatory developments, innovations, and changes in the industry.
  • Development of policy and procedural manuals for existing and new product assortment.
  • Creation of metrics and reports to track progress.
  • Able to conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and improve products & systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in product/program management
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings. CAD and similar software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact well with people at all levels of an organization.
