Policies & Procedures

• Implement the approved policies & processes of the Sales Department and comply with the Company’s other policies throughout all daily activities.

Sales Activities

• Meet monthly sales quotas utilizing advanced selling techniques by tackling visiting customers of the store and informing them about different available promotions, offers, styles, accessories & products and apply special efforts to attract customers to purchase products and increase sales.

• Welcome all visiting customers to understand their requirements and work on preparing customer orders.

• Maintain efficient knowledge of all products sold to recommend appropriate products and pricing options for each product based on customer requirements.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to their requests, questions, and concerns in a positive, professional, courteous, helpful, respectful, and friendly manner.

• Help the customers by providing them with recommendations related to the sizes, versions/types, and accessories that may complement the products they are interested in; determine any upgrades or special requirements and provide a product that will best suit the taste of the customers to achieve sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.

• Implement store display and visual merchandising to the highest standards as per the Company’s guidelines including maintaining displays and shelves at the store(s), attaching price tags to merchandise (as required), and fulfilling all visual merchandising requirements at the stores in coordination with the Visual Merchandisers (if applicable).

• Ensure that all products are placed in their designated areas and that the price tags are updated from time to time as per directions of the Direct Manager and higher management.

• Arrange, re-merchandise, and replenish the display merchandise on a continuous basis in liaison in order to ensure a maximum range of merchandise and variety available at all times and assist in keeping the shop floor and shelves clean and tidy.

• Perform physical and electronic inventory count of stores’ products on a regular basis as per Company guidelines in order to ensure an accurate stock level and assist in determining re-stocking requirements.

• Maintain alertness and stay observant/active at all times to minimize security risks & thefts incidents as per loss prevention guidelines and report to the Direct Manager any pricing discrepancies, loss and/or damage of products, and/or any incidents that happened in a timely manner in order to avoid any potential loss.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and successfully apply them in daily sales activities.

Reports

• Prepare reports related to weekly, monthly, and annual sales, product performance, customer complaints, areas of improvement, promotions & markdown, etc. for submission to the Direct Manager.

• Perform any other tasks & additional responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Manager.
