Outbound Sales Executive are chatty, outgoing and professional individuals who understand that they are in a position that requires them to be personable and persuasive without being pushy. This is a role that is made for those who aren’t afraid to jump in and identify the needs of the customer while setting appointments and generating sales.

 


Telesales Executive Responsibilities:Identifying customer needs and communicating the client's value proposition.Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.Working with weekly KPIs and targets.Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects.Utilize CRM and data entry systems.Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads.Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skills.Utilize, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.Educate customers in all services and packages along with competitor's offerings.Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputationGo the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationRequirements and skillsProven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service roleProven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phoneGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsknowledge of EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
