About the position:

Our team is rapidly growing and we are looking for a young, talented, and motivated Scrum master to join our team to manage project documentation, internal alignment meetings, stand-up meetings, task management, and enforce scrum rules and principles.

You will have the ability to coordinate people and projects with your mind set on deliverables. You’re a strong communicator, a capable leader and you are invested in Agile frameworks.

You will be part of a team that handles several projects simultaneously for different customers.

Manage each project’s scope and timelineCoordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-upsCoach team members in Agile frameworksProven ability to drive project planning and execution process and add value beyond just a task-oriented doer or project managerFacilitate internal communication and effective collaborationBe the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement)Develop schedule and cost plans that support the business objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and project deliverablesResolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occurHelp teams implement changes effectivelyEnsure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprintLead and coach project teams and drive successful delivery of highest value features.Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on itCertified Scrum Master/PMP is preferable.Familiarity with systems development lifecycle (SDLC)Prepare monthly project status updates and capital forecasts per established processesBS/MS degree in Computer Science, Business informatics, Management, or relevant field.
