- Implement the recruitment actions according to the top management strategies vision.
- Creating Job Descriptions, Job Specifications, and Job analysis for various job titles.
- Conduct interviews for candidates (Reasonable for HR interviews for all candidates to the hospital
- Working according to head-hunting and sourcing
- Assist in employee hiring and firing procedures
- Coordinate required tasks with Restructuring Committee for the hospital
- Receives employment applications and papers.
- Coordinate and implement exit interviews.
Organization Development - Implement TNA, Conducts assessments and gap analysis on employee skills and training.
- Assists with developing training plans, identifying educational opportunities for employee development.
- Coordinate training activities
- Facilitate implementation of established policies and procedures .
- Communicated effectively with employees handling problems
- Provides training to all levels of staff on performance management and systems.
- Assist with developing and implementing agency performance improvement plans.
- and any new relevant duties and responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist and managing or at least familiar with all phases of the OD, recruitment, Personnel, payroll and training.Excellent in English written and spoken.PerksWeekends: Friday & Saturday.9 Working hours.Social bonuses for marriage and children's schoolAfter 3 MonthsMedical and Social insuranceLife InsuranceMonthly added KPI's to Basic salary
