  • Manage the overall running of the sales team.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by
    assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base.
  • Oversee planning for following years business plan.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.

Previous experience in software is preferred.Minimum of  two years of Sales Team leader experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Working Conditions:- Location: Alexandria, Egypt.- Working days: Five days a week, with weekends off (Friday and Saturday).- Competitive salary and attractive commission structure.- Continuous training and development opportunities.
