At the Kuwait-III Liaison Office (KILO), we pride ourselves on working with the Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research for over ten years. This is a field office of the Institute of Information Industry which is the largest Information Communications and Technology (ICT) research institute in Taiwan in partnership with our Kuwait partner KISR with the goals to promote information communication technology innovation and applications, and to assist in the development of digital transformation.
