As
a Sales (Upsell) Agent, you will be responsible for generating additional sales
from existing placed customer orders. You will be assessed on revenue
generated from selling activities, number of orders and quality &
accuracy of each order.

What you will do:
Ø Calling existing B2B customers
confirming recent orders place with the company
Ø Enter and verify orders
accurately on the database
Ø Upselling additional National
Pen products to our B2B customers increasing existing order volumes
Ø Achieving weekly individual
sales targets
Ø Provide excellent customer
service and be a key point of contact to our customers
Ø Any other duties and projects
as directed by senior management
