Job Summary
Handle day-to-day operations. manage resources and employees. Hire and train and supervise bar staff and ensure that they have enough knowledge regarding the serving of liquor and cocktails. Train new employees, stock inventory with supplies, and ensure that the customers have a great experience at the bar.
Job Responsibilities 1
Ensure company policies are being followed by staff members.
Hire, train, and supervise bar staff to ensure they know all important aspects to serve liquor and cocktails.
Ensure bar supplies are available when needed.
Prepare and serve beverages according to instructions.
Follow hygiene standards.
Collect and process payments using cash and the registration system.
Place orders directly from suppliers.
Setting and enforcing quality controls.
Planning and promoting events.

• Strong communication skills. Organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Decisiveness.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Job Experience
Minimum 12 years of total experience.
6 years of industry-related experience.
A minimum of 3 years in GCC is preferred.
