We Offer: This role oversees accounts receivable processes, including invoice generation, payment processing, account reconciliation, collections, dunning, and dispute management. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution. Execute daily transactions within set procedures to achieve service delivery goals, provide first-level support for end users, and serve as a key OTC user. Key responsibilities:
• Perform customer analysis on the trending, payments, disputes, on account, etc., and proactively drive Collections using this information
• Coordinate with cash applications, invoicing, dispute, D&D, Sales, etc. teams on actions pending to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Communicating with stakeholders/customers via email, telephone, VC, etc.
• Highlight risks on customer accounts and proactively have an action plan to mitigate the risk
• Justify ICP gaps within the group.
• Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments
• Update client billing information and Reconcile customer accounts
• Billing invoice generation and processing
• Perform timely Self–assessment for OTC controls and ensure 100% control effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits
• Revenue analysis by customer, by service, by volume mix
• Revenue Closure and Revenue Certification
• MDM support to create new customers.
• Training and coaching new team members. Qualifications and Skills Required: 5+ years of Accounts Receivables experience Effective communication skills, capable of independent interaction with stakeholders through emails and telephone. Positive personal attributes, including confidence and a dedicated team player mentality. Preferred: Familiarity with end-to-end accounts receivable processes and procedures. An added advantage: Previous experience with the IFS system. • Establishment of and follow up on selected performance management KPIs related to functional process area. Follow up when needed x-functionally.
• Participate and support testing and implementation of improvement initiatives
• Focus to make processes Lean and efficient
• Partner in various Key initiatives for OTC to drive Process standardization /improvements as needed
• Responsible for Data management in OTC domain – request, assess impact and follow up resolutions
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Proficient in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.
