Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Developer/Management Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Purchasing) and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
B2B Development:
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities.
- Manage relationships with existing B2B clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to create and implement strategies for business growth.
Packaging Development:
- Oversee the design and development of new packaging solutions.
- Work with suppliers and the Purchasing department to source materials and manage inventory.
New Brand Projects:
- Assist in the creation and development of new brands for the business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on brand strategy and positioning.
Catering Projects:
- Plan and develop catering booths to boost sales.
- Ensure catering projects align with brand standards and operational capabilities.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Marketing teams for successful implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
