Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Developer/Management Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Management:

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, Purchasing) and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

B2B Development:

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with existing B2B clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to create and implement strategies for business growth.

Packaging Development:

  • Oversee the design and development of new packaging solutions.
  • Work with suppliers and the Purchasing department to source materials and manage inventory.

New Brand Projects:

  • Assist in the creation and development of new brands for the business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on brand strategy and positioning.

Catering Projects:

  • Plan and develop catering booths to boost sales.
  • Ensure catering projects align with brand standards and operational capabilities.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Marketing teams for successful implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
