Position: Supervisor

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the school
Provide leadership and support to staff members
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
Collaborate with teachers and administrators to implement educational initiatives
Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
Support student welfare and behavior management efforts
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and community stakeholders
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field
3-5 of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Knowledge of educational principles and best practices
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education
