Job description

Manage and execute core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and basic payroll/benefits support to ensure smooth people operations and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:



1. Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates while meeting the staffing needs of the organization.
2. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs, integrating new hires into the company culture and ensuring they have the resources needed for success.
3. Support performance management processes by providing guidance and feedback to managers on employee evaluations, setting performance goals, and identifying training needs.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in employment legislation to mitigate risks for the organization.
5. Facilitate employee training and development programs, promoting continuous learning opportunities that enhance employee skills and career progression.
6. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and grievances effectively to foster a harmonious workplace and maintain high morale among staff.
7. Conduct regular HR audits to assess the effectiveness of HR policies and practices, making recommendations for improvements based on findings.
