Hi, Hope you is doing well. We have an urgent requirement for an Oracle APEX Developer position based in Kuwait ( Arabic Speaking Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development: Analyse, design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug Oracle APEX applications, tools, data model and database programs.
• Full Stack Ownership: Collaborate with the team to build and maintain end-to-end web applications.
• Performance Optimization: Tune SQL queries, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate failures, resolve performance issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Feature Development: Partner with engineering and product teams to define specifications and deliver new features.
• Web Services: Design and implement RESTful services and integrations.
• Best Practices: Guide the team on constraints, standards, and best practices in web platform environments.
• Code Quality: Maintain clean, organized, and automated codebases.
• Bug Fixing: Proactively identify and resolve defects and performance issues.

Requirements

• Experience: 12+ years in Oracle APEX application development.
• Database Expertise: Strong command of SQL and PL/SQL, with extensive experience in Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, and Exception handling.
• Web Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, and jQuery.
• Integration Skills: Knowledge of JSON/REST web services, Multilingual and JavaScript templates is a plus.
• Performance Tuning: Hands-on experience in query optimization and tuning activities.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with extensive interaction with end-users for requirements and support.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
• Self-Starter: Motivated to thrive in a rapid application development environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Oracle Database: Minimum version 19c ; preferred version 23ai for advanced features and long-term support.
• Oracle APEX: Minimum version 24.2 ; preferred version 26.1 for enhanced functionality and modern UI capabilities.
