Role
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Category Manager to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for category strategy, assortment planning, pricing, promotions and supplier management.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute category strategies to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Manage product assortment, range reviews, and new product introductions.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements.
• Monitor category performance, sales trends, and customer demand.
• Ensure competitive pricing through market and competitor analysis.
• Plan and deliver promotional activities to drive traffic and sales.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in Category Management, Buying, Merchandising, or E-Commerce, preferably within Grocery, FMCG and Supermarket.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing suppliers, pricing, and promotions.
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data analysis skills.
