Job description
Purpose:
To support the design, implementation, and execution of MNH’s compliance program in alignment with MNH and Principal’s compliance standards and frameworks as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance Program Implementation
• Support implementation of MNH compliance framework aligned with Principal’s requirements.
• Draft, communicate, maintain, and update policies, SOPs, etc.
• Review agreements with various parties (Principals / Third parties) from compliance perspective.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external parties on compliance-related matters.
2. ABAC, COI & Other Programs
• Support implementation of ABAC controls and procedures.
• Manage conflict of interest (COI) disclosures and mitigation plans.
• Escalate potential violations or suspicious activities.
3. Third-party Engagement
• Support due diligence and risk assessments for vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor third party performance and compliance.
• Maintain TPRM documentation and audit trail.
4. Monitoring, Audits & CAPA
• Conduct compliance monitoring and testing activities.
• Support compliance audits (internal and external parties).
• Track, manage, and ensure timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
5. Incident Management & Escalation
• Support investigation of compliance breaches.
• Maintain incident logs and documentation.
• Escalate issues to Compliance Director and management.
6. Training & Awareness
• Plan and deliver mandatory compliance training (ABAC, COI, etc.).
• Support awareness campaigns across the organization.
7. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain compliance records, including training logs and CAPA logs.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for management.
Skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (COSO / ISO 37301 preferred).
• Knowledge of healthcare / pharma regulatory environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Analytical and risk assessment skills.
Work Experience Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with ABAC programs, third party risk management, and audit environments.
Education Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Professional certifications preferred (CIA, CFE, CAMS, etc.).
Additional Requirements:
• Valid driving license is a MUST
• Preferably male candidate.
• Ability to manage sensitive issues with confidentiality.
