We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the complete production process in our atelier. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising garment production to ensure timely delivery, premium quality, and efficient use of resources. The Production Manager will work closely with design, sampling, sourcing, and quality teams to maintain smooth workflow and high standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Coordination

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
• Coordinate with design and sampling teams for smooth workflow execution.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time order completion.

2. Team Management

• Supervise tailors, cutters, finishers, embroiderers, and helpers.
• Allocate tasks according to skill level and workload.
• Train staff on quality standards and workflow procedures.

3. Quality Control

• Ensure garments meet company quality standards.
• Inspect production at different stages (cutting, stitching, finishing).
• Reduce rework, wastage, and defects.

4. Material & Inventory Management

• Coordinate with sourcing team for fabrics, trims, and accessories.
• Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.

5. Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and implement better production methods.
• Maintain SOPs for cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.

6. Cost Control

• Monitor production costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Reduce fabric wastage and manage labor efficiency.

7. Reporting

• Maintain daily production reports and update management regularly.
• Track order progress and highlight delays proactively.

Skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with handmade garments and bridal/wedding couture.
• Knowledge of embroidery processes and finishing standards.
• Experience managing multi-stage production workflow.
• Basic knowledge of production tracking systems (Excel or ERP).

• Minimum 3–7 years experience in garment production or atelier environment.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and finishing techniques.

• Knowledge of luxury/wedding wear production is a plus
