As a Commercial Project Manager you will be at the forefront of driving commercial project management, handling financial, legal, and compliance aspects to ensure seamless project execution. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Empower yourself with signature authorization and project target agreements to manage projects as a commercial entrepreneur, focusing on C and/or B categorized projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to achieve project targets in cost, time, and quality, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and departments, to maintain project alignment and success.
• Ensure accurate cost and pricing calculations, manage project financials, and record them in systems like SAP.
• Oversee financial KPIs, including orders, revenue, costs, profit, and cash flows, adhering to Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines.
• Manage project receivables, collections, supplier payments, and financial instruments like bank guarantees and letters of credit.

What You Bring

• A qualification in Business Administration or Finance, with 5-8 years of experience as a CPM; certification as a ‘C’ CPM is preferred or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in turnkey/EPC solution business is advantageous, demonstrating attention to quality and commitment to high-quality results.
• An analytical mindset capable of analyzing complex data and deriving insights to support decision-making and project control.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders, building strong relationships.
• A proactive attitude, taking initiative to anticipate challenges and propose solutions, fostering team collaboration and achieving collective goals.
