Responsible for handling customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, while delivering excellent support across calls and social media platforms in line with brand standards and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
• Listen attentively, show empathy, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Escalate unresolved matters to Operations Management when required
• Support catering and event reservations via phone and social media platforms
• Coordinate reservation details with the events team and provide confirmations to customers
• Maintain customer complaint logs and follow up with Operations to ensure closure
• Obtain required approvals for complimentary items in line with brand guidelines
Skills
- Positive and friendly demeanor with a strong customer-focused attitude
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the F&B industry
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage complaints effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (Arabic & English)
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
