Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee registration, HR administration and file archiving.
  • Support payroll administration by validating employee data, attendance, overtime, and leave records.
  • Coordinate training requests, create & Update job descriptions, and maintain organization charts.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and HR systems for management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Handle business card requests and provide coverage for team members during absences.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to team efficiency and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
