We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist for Spare Parts at our esteemed automotive dealership and distributor in Kuwait.   3. Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and improve the efficiency of parts retrieval, ensuring that all items are easily accessible.
  4. Coordinate with the service department to understand the specific parts requirements for ongoing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely supply to technicians.
  5. Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
  6. Prepare and process orders for spare parts, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery to customers or service technicians to meet operational demands.
  7. Assist in training new warehouse staff on best practices for inventory management and warehouse operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  8. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse to create a safe working environment for all employees.
  9. Utilize data analysis to identify trends in parts usage and inform procurement decisions, contributing to more effective inventory management strategies.
