Description
In this role, you will design personalized workout programs, motivate clients, and promote safe, effective training methods tailored to individual fitness goals and needs.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and develop customized training plans for clients
- Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions focused on strength, endurance, flexibility, or weight management
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure client safety during workouts
- Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed to achieve optimal results
- Provide guidance on nutrition, wellness, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment, including equipment hygiene
- Motivate and inspire clients to remain committed to their fitness journey
- Keep accurate records of sessions, schedules, and progress reports
- Stay current with fitness trends, certifications, and Kuwait health regulations
- Support marketing efforts and participate in fitness challenges, workshops, or events
Skills
Skills & Competencies:
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Physically fit and capable of demonstrating a wide range of exercises
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Education & Qualifications:
- Any relevant PT qualification that is recognized internationally
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach
- Previous experience working with diverse clientele in GCC preferred
- Strong understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition, and anatomy
- CPR/First Aid certification is required
