Job Details

ï· Responsible to Daily Quality Control tasks and assist the Site Quality Manager during

Inspection and test.

ï· Responsible for the Quality Control over all the production areas.

ï· In the absence of the Site Quality Manager assume full responsibility for the activity.

ï· Work with Quality Control Manager and other Department Managers to resolve customer

complaints and / or internal problems.

ï· Assist in conducting investigation, analysis or research related to production problems.

ï· Conduct Product Traceability Controls as per the Health and Food Safety Requirements

ï· Conduct Product Movement Controls (FIFO (First In First Out) / UBD (Use by Date)

ï· Control the final products ensuring that the product label complies with the regulations in

content and shelf life.

ï· Control the final products ensuring that the same products have all the same weight and a

single batch has the same shelf life.

ï· Control the final product ensuring that the Flow of Goods processes are followed from the

Production area to the Storage area.

ï· Operates with minimal supervision.
