Function:
To assist with all government/ministry related tasks, to submit and receive the documents from concerned department and Ministry, and to assist the office team with any assigned duties.
Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist to process all pertinent documents in the ministry in compliance with the laws and regulations.
- Follow up with Govt. Authority/ Ministry for all related issues regarding residencies, passport, contracts with MOSA, immigration, borders, police station as instructed by superiors
- Assist to renew all company licenses from Ministry of Commerce to all municipality licenses
- Assist to update and maintain the PRO database e.g. scanning of passports, labour contracts, labour cards and visa details
- Responsible to complete residence formalities such as medical check-up, finger prints, medical insurance for all new employees of Company timely
- Keep records of personnel for visas, passports, ID, and other important documents.
- In the absence of the Mandoop, assist with all government/ministry related tasks
- Take staff for required appointments in the ministry
- Deliver packages or documents as required by the company
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of records.
Skills
Skills:
- Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law, ministry rules and requirements
- Able to follow instructions and manage time effectively
- Good Arabic & English communication skills- both oral & written.
- Valid Driving License.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Higher secondary school or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role is preferred
