Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our Automotive Dealership’s IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing IT systems that enable After-Sales business processes, including service, spare parts, warranty, and customer support operations. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with a deep understanding of Automotive dealership processes
Job Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end support for Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and related applications used in After-Sales operations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
Ensure integration between service, parts, and finance modules
Ensure timely resolution of incidents, requests, adherence to SLAs, and delivery of quality IT services
Strong knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (SAP – Proaxia VSS or any relevant DMS applications
Familiarity with ERP systems and integration with OEM platforms
Understanding of After-Sales processes (service booking, workshop operations, spare parts, warranty
Experience with OEM-specific systems (GM,FORD,HONDA, etc.)
Knowledge of BI tools for reporting and analytics
Provide training to key users and assist with post-implementation support
Support UAT activities and ensure smooth deployment of enhancements
Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and IT operational efficiency
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field
- 8-10 Years of Automotive Dealership experience
- Worked with SAP Proaxia VSS - any Dealer management systems / ERP
- Skills (Behavioral and Technical)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of Automotive aftersales business processes
- Proven skills to work effectively across internal & external functional areas
- Knowledge of IT reporting & Analytical tools
- Understanding of programming languages
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent problem - solving and analytical skills
