Job Summary
Responsible for providing technical advice to service center technical concern and issue in order to solve and fix in a timely manner
Job Responsibilities
- Providing effective and accurate technical assistance and technical advice to the service centre’s received technical concern and issue in order to achieve excellent fix it right first time score
- Performing actual hard-to-diagnose, troubleshooting and hard-to-repair along with the concern technician as required
- Assisting in preparing technical report to be submitted to manufacturer if needed
- Other duties as directed by the immediate superior or persons in similar positions
Candidate Requirements
- With 4 to 5 years of experience in the similar function
- Knowledgeable in using Honda Diagnostic tools and equipment
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using MS Office programs
- Can work with minimal supervision and have the ability to work under pressure
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
