We are seeking a vigilant, professional, and confident Female Lifeguard to ensure the highest standards of safety, supervision, and guest care at our swimming pool and recreational facilities. This role is ideal for a safety-focused individual with a calm presence and a strong sense of responsibility, preferably with experience in a hotel or luxury resort environment.

A professional overview of your role:
As a Female Lifeguard, you will be entrusted with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and members, ensuring that all pool activities comply with safety regulations while delivering courteous and attentive service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Actively monitoring swimming pool and recreational areas to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Enforcing pool rules and safety regulations in a polite and professional manner.
• Responding immediately and effectively to emergencies, rescues, and first-aid situations.
• Providing first aid, CPR, or emergency assistance in accordance with certified training.
• Conducting routine safety inspections of pool areas, equipment, and signage.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of pool decks and surrounding areas.
• Assisting guests with inquiries while maintaining a visible and reassuring presence.
• Recording incidents, accidents, and safety-related observations accurately.
• Coordinating with Health Club, Security, and Engineering teams as required.

What we are looking for:

• Valid Lifeguard Certification with current CPR, AED, and First Aid (mandatory).
• Previous experience as a Lifeguard, preferably in a hotel, resort, or health club environment.
• Strong swimming, rescue, and safety awareness skills.
• Professional, calm, and confident demeanor with strong decision-making ability.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to remain alert for extended periods.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
