Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our customer relationships, drive sales growth, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and client engagement to negotiation and closing the deal while ensuring a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the company and both current and prospective customers.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and product specifications in collaboration with the sales and development team.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market and customer research.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and upcoming product developments, and communicate relevant insights to clients.
  • Present and promote special offers and marketing campaigns to boost sales.
  • Consistently review and analyze sales performance, with a focus on exceeding targets.
  • Understand client requirements to deliver tailored solutions that add value.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and deliver competitive quotations in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback on customer behavior and buying trends to support strategic planning.


Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially focused with a drive to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Proficient in English & Arabic.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using sales and productivity tools.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Prior experience in the Gulf region is highly desirable.
  • Background in steel trading or building materials is an advantage.
