We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the main point of contact between the company and our clients.
The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, fast to respond, and able to handle inquiries professionally across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and email
- Handle bookings, requests, and follow-ups accurately
- Provide clear information about services, pricing, and availability
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle complaints professionally and find solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details
- Follow up with clients before and after service when required
Skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service or similar role
- Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
- Fast and professional response style
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and booking systems
Preferred:
- Experience in events, hospitality, rentals, or service-based businesses
- Familiar with handling high-volume inquiries
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Immediate availability is a plus
