We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control Officer to join our team in Al Kuwait, Kuwait. Responsibilities:
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards across all product lines, including chocolate, snacks, and bakery items.
- Perform in-process quality checks to verify that products meet specifications and report any deviations immediately to the production team.
- Ensure cleaning and sanitation procedures are followed, maintaining machinery and work areas in accordance with HACCP and GMP standards.
- Accurately measure ingredients and handle raw materials and finished goods safely to prevent contamination and ensure product integrity.
- Complete production logs and maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and findings.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices to promote a quality-focused culture within the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies specific to the food sector.
