We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our catering, food service, and restaurant organization in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit combined with a strong operational background, enabling them to drive growth and innovation in a competitive industry. As the CEO, you will be responsible for establishing the company's strategic direction, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of excellence among our diverse team. Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and enhancing customer satisfaction while aligning with our mission and values.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  2. Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality across all food service offerings.
  3. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers, to enhance business growth.
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
  7. Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sustainable profitability.
  8. Drive marketing initiatives to promote the brand and increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  9. Evaluate and implement technological advancements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential partners.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions within the catering or food service industry.
  2. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence.
  5. Passion for the food service industry, with a keen eye for emerging trends and customer preferences.
  6. Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  7. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams effectively.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  9. Commitment to sustainability and ethical practices in food sourcing and service.
  10. Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
