The AL ESP Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The AL Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery.

He should be able to lead a team to deliver high standard safe operation of ESP Monitoring & Commissioning and Troubleshooting with below minimum required skills and experience:

• Expertise in Surface Equipment (PST+ VSD +SUT) installation & Commissioning and Troubleshooting.
• Have solid Experience with different types of VSDs Manufacture advanced Repair and Troubleshooting (TRIOL-TOSHIBA-SENSIA -BAKER) as well as related automation equipment.
• Expertise in ESP Performance and diagnostic analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to cover the client’s daily requirements effectively.
• Excellent soft skills (Reporting and Field data tracking).
• Multi-Tasking able to work under extreme pressure and harsh environment in Kuwait

• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
