Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of North and South Indian dishes as per restaurant menu and standards.
- Ensure consistent taste, portion, and presentation, maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
- Assist in menu planning, daily mise-en-place, stock control, and proper storage of ingredients.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as an Indian cook in a restaurant setup.
- Good knowledge of Indian spices, gravies, tandoor or curry preparation, and basic food safety practices.
- Willingness to work in Kuwait on a full-time basis; ability to work in a team and handle busy service hours
