Corporate Level:

  • Prepare company's profile on a yearly basis.
  • Publish company news in television, radio, and newspapers as follows:
  • Four news to be published monthly in 5 local newspapers occupying an appropriate space in the economy page.
  • Four reports to be published in along the year at Al Qabas or Al Rai newspaper.
  • A full report that covers the company news, projects and financial results to be published at Al Qabas or Al Rai newspaper occupying two full pages.
  • Managing the content on the company’s social media accounts.

 Publish an Internal Magazine on a quarterly basis.

  • Run an annual event which targets the big investors and key players within the Real Estate market.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Discuss trending marketing activities with the in-house team members to achieve optimum results.
  • Supervise the in-house marketing team and enhance the marketing campaigns through proven methods and techniques.
  • Train and instruct the marketing team members in planning and implementing modern promotional strategies.

Restaurant Level:

  • Conduct visibility studies to identify strength and weakness in the project.
  • Analyze and benchmark competitors’ activities on the social media.
  • Identify the most influencers on social media and provide suggestions for Marketing & Branding events.
  • Create press news.
  • Managing company’s social Media accounts.

Project Level:

  • Determine name, logo and create a profile along with the necessary marketing activities (ex. creating and booking advertisements and create accounts on social media) for all new projects.

Strategic Level:

  • Promote the company’s position as a Real Estate developer within the local market.
  • Publish and improve mind awareness about company projects and business inside Kuwait.
  • Create Business plan that includes the forecasted results, timeline, and cost.
  • Research and develop strategies and plan which identify marketing opportunities and new project development.

Work Scope:

First stage: Understanding Business Requirements

·   Understand company Vision, Goals, and values.

·      Meet with Head of Departments to determine their business objectives and requirements.

·      Determine the timeframe to accomplish the work required.

Second Stage: Market Assessment:

Conduct a business study on the competition and their market position and visit the projects which are similar to the company projects to determine the Projects size, management and development and understand the updates and effective circumstances around it that includes:

·      Evaluate competitor’s performance.

·      Projects performance and development.

·      Assess and analyze project performance (as needed).

Creative Design services:

·      Create and develop company trademark.

·      Create and develop creative design related to trademark such as internal flyers, brochures, annual reports etc.

·      Creative design for Advertising campaigns for projects launching or promoting projects or Advertising marketing campaigns.

·      Special Design for social media.

·      Create high quality company brochure.

·      Create related photo album.

Media Coverage and press release services:

·      Create a strategy for the company Media coverage and press release.

·      Create and develop press release or topics related to the company projects, activities, and new development in five local newspapers.

·      Do a press coverage or interview or photo shooting as needed.

·      Do a television interview at one of the local channels about company activities, projects, and related news.

Managing Social Media Accounts Services (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn):

·      Study the current position for the company on the social media.

·      Determine the target group on the social media.

·      Build a strategy for social media accounts that supports company vision and business objectives.

·      Determine the type of content, publishing frequency and methods of communication.

Content creating and writing services:

·      Build any special content related to the marketing materials.

·      Develop the existing content and writing materials.

·      Obtain the required information for building content.

·      Build and develop content to be used for social media posts.

·      Develop the content language for the company.

·      Develop a special language for the company projects.


Skills

  • A skilled manager with an ability to handle several tasks using relevant tools and techniques.
  • An excellent collaborator adept at solving practical issues from the marketing and promotional point-of-view.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, PR or similar, MBA or master’s degree in marketing is desirable.
  • Over 15 years’ experience in the similar field with MS Office experience.
