Job description:
To provide the best shopping experience to each and every customer through Outstanding Customer Service.
To be the brand advocate and the face of the store and contribute to the efficiency of operational processes and standards including stock management.
To ensure that customers get a positive first impression of the stores for them to be willing to come back later.
Stock
Ensure products are stocked and displayed to the right levels as per guidelines and management direction.
Support in receiving and displaying new arrivals.
Participate in stock count/ inventory taking.
Participate in products replenishment.
Handle products with utmost care in store and at POS area to avoid damages.
Job context:
Accountable for ensuring the proper implementation and efficiency of sales, operational standards, customer service, visual merchandise, and promotional plans.
