About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, proactive Sales Executive to join our retail team. You’ll be the face of the brand on the floor—driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and helping customers find pieces that truly fit their style.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver a high-end, personalized shopping experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend products confidently
• Achieve individual and store sales targets (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Maintain strong product knowledge across collections and new arrivals
• Support merchandising standards: display, stock organization, and visual presentation
• Handle basic cashiering processes and returns/exchanges when required
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
• Coordinate with the team to keep the store running smoothly

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in fashion retail sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Arabic fluency (spoken & written) and good English communication
• Well-presented, friendly, and professional attitude
• Team player with strong time management and reliability
