We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at a leading medical company in Al Kuwait. This role is pivotal in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, enabling them to contribute effectively to our marketing campaigns and enhance our hospital's visibility in the community. You will work closely with various departments to create compelling content, manage social media platforms, and coordinate events that align with our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns that promote hospital services and enhance brand awareness.
  2. Manage the company social media accounts, creating engaging content and responding to inquiries to foster community engagement.
  3. Coordinate promotional events and community outreach programs to educate the public about our services and health initiatives.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies and improve patient outreach.
  5. Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content that effectively communicate our services.
  6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future initiatives.
  7. Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing budgets, and maintaining project timelines.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with local media and community organizations to promote hospital events and services.
  9. Assist in the preparation of press releases and other communications to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the hospital’s marketing efforts.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all marketing initiatives are executed flawlessly.

  8. Knowledge of graphic design and experience with design software is a plus.
