Operations Officer

We are looking for a dependable and proactive Operations Officer to oversee the daily operations of our curtain installation projects. The ideal candidate will manage installation teams, ensure high-quality workmanship, handle on-site coordination, and support smooth handovers with the Quality Control (QC) team and clients. A valid driving licence is required as the role involves travelling to multiple project sites.

Skills

Supervise and coordinate curtain installation workers at various project sites

Ensure installations are completed accurately, safely, and within the scheduled timeline

Conduct site visits to inspect progress and ensure work follows company standards

Liaise with the QC team to ensure completed jobs meet required quality levels

Resolve on-site issues, delays, and worker-related concerns promptly

Oversee material delivery, loading/unloading, and correct usage at site

Ensure accurate documentation: measurements, installation details, and job completion reports

Manage client communication during installation and assist with smooth final handover

Coordinate between sales, production, QC, and installation teams to ensure seamless operations

Ensure workers follow safety rules, dress codes, and company procedures

Report daily progress, challenges, and updates to management


Custom Seatings Operations Support (QC & Handover)

  • Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end operational workflow for Custom Seatings orders, ensuring all items move smoothly through production, quality control, and client handover.
  • Work closely with the Custom Seatings team to verify order specifications, customization details, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage Quality Control (QC) processes, including:
  • Inspecting finished goods against design requirements and approved samples.
  • Identifying defects or discrepancies and coordinating rework or repairs.
  • Documenting QC results and communicating findings to relevant teams.
  • Organize and execute the handover process, ensuring:
  • All items are properly tagged, packaged, and prepared for delivery or collection.
  • Accurate documentation, including checklists, delivery notes, and client confirmations.
  • Timely coordination with logistics, warehouse, and client-facing teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date tracking of all Custom Seatings orders from production completion through QC and final handover.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing QC issues and optimizing workflow efficiency in the Custom Seatings department.
