*Responsible for gathering and preparing documents like quotes, proposals, and purchase terms and conditions from suppliers for their supervisor or manager to review

*Researches and compares suppliers, goods, and services. Select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency

*Develops procurement strategies by monitoring inventory movement and determining inventory levels of products

*Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.

*Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

*Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
