To efficiently manage and execution the Project lifecycle from ideation to fruition whilst keeping within the boundaries of scope, time and cost. To be a subject matter expert on Electrical systems design and support all projects within the site in this capacity Conducting the technical feasibility for the Project and facilitating the financial feasibility Defining project tasks and resource requirements Developing, maintaining and abiding by the project plans and time lines Reviewing detailed electrical (power & control) drawings, engineering drawings and layouts in accordance to the specific process requirements. Creating and reviewing of the contractual documents; tender documents, contractual submittals and other documents. Reviewing project specification, quotations, tender documents and project related submittals. Performing fieldwork necessary to gather data and site requirements needed to define the project deliverables and technical requirements & specifications. Perform and verify engineering calculations as required. Defining all project stakeholders and managing them effectively Preparing and Managing Project Budget Managing Project Procurement Managing project resource allocation Monitoring and reporting project progress of a project on timely basis Defining the project risk register and managing the same throughout the project lifecycle Managing changes within the project by means of effective change management Supporting external project within the domain of my specialisation Supporting the competency development of my team Complying with Health, Safety and Environment regulations and working practices of COMPANY and the State of Kuwait when carrying out duties. Executing Management directives as required. Bachelors Degree in Electrical, PMP Certification, Member of KSE is a plus.

Skills

1. Knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices: This includes understanding the design, construction, and operation of electrical systems and equipment. 2. Experience with electrical project management: This includes experience with planning, organizing, and executing electrical projects on time and within budget. 3. Expertise in electrical engineering software: This includes experience with software that is used to design and analyse dairy processing equipment and facilities, such as AutoCAD or PCschematic. 4. Knowledge of electrical codes and standards: This includes understanding and complying with local, state, and national electrical codes and standards. 5. Proficient & hands-on knowledge in using and working with AutoCAD. 6. Proficient in working with MS office and MS Project programs
