INSIJAM is seeking a bilingual female Secretary/Administrative Assistant to provide organizational, administrative, and communication support. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and able to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication via email, WhatsApp, and phone
- Schedule appointments, sessions, and meetings
- Maintain calendars, reminders, and follow-up tasks
- Organize client files, documents, and records
- Assist with event coordination and administrative logistics
- Prepare letters, forms, and basic reports
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed
