We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at our front desk in Sharq, Kuwait. As a pivotal member of our healthcare services organization, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and providing accurate information.
  3. Manage appointment scheduling for clients, coordinating with healthcare professionals to optimize time management and patient flow.
  4. Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, including managing supplies and ensuring a tidy environment.
  5. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records in accordance with confidentiality standards.
  6. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives that enhance client services.
  8. Monitor and manage client feedback, addressing concerns promptly and effectively to improve service quality.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support operational needs.
