- Develop and implement QA/QC plans for civil engineering projects.

QA/QC Engineer – Electrical
- Ensure electrical systems and installations meet defined quality standards.
- Conduct inspections, tests, and audits on electrical works.
- Collaborate with design and site teams to resolve quality issues.
- Verify compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Prepare QA/QC documentation including test reports and certifications.
- Support commissioning activities by validating electrical installations.
QA/QC Inspector – Civil
- Inspect civil works such as earthworks, concrete, and structural installations.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance.
- Perform routine quality control checks and document findings.
- Identify non-conforming work or materials and report to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and reports.
QA/QC Inspector – Mechanical
- Inspect mechanical installations, equipment, and piping systems.
- Perform dimensional checks, hydrostatic tests, and mechanical completion checks.
- Issue quality records and non-conformance reports when required.
- Verify special processes and worker qualifications.
- Witness tests and inspections to ensure compliance with project standards.
QA/QC Inspector – Electrical
- Inspect electrical installations including cable laying, switchboards, transformers, and lighting systems.
- Perform loop checks, continuity tests, and insulation resistance tests.
- Verify compliance with electrical codes and project specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Support commissioning activities by validating electrical systems.
Skills
QA/QC Engineers:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/ Instrumentation
- QC experience mainly in reputed Organizations, having business in EPC Projects (and/or) Construction (and/or) Piping/Special Structural spool Fabrication Shop (and/or) Pressure vessel manufacturing shop for having ASME Certification Marking for Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas, Desalination, Power Plant type EPC projects
- Should have Facility Maintenance QC experience in Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas (or) Infrastructure Facility
- Familiarity with ISO-9000 quality control system
- Familiarization with the respective Codes and Standards used in the various field of applicable Engineering specialization
- Able to prepare ITP’s and procedures
- 4 to 6 years of work experience with reputed Organization having ISO 9000 – 2008 Certification
QA/QC Inspectors:
- A Three year Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation
- QC experience mainly in reputed Organizations, having business in EPC Projects (and/or) Construction (and/or) Piping/ Special Structural spool Fabrication Shop (and/or) Pressure vessel manufacturing shop for having ASME Certification Marking for Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas, Desalination, Power Plant type EPC projects.
- Should have Facility Maintenance QC experience in Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas (or) Infrastructure Facility
- Knowledge and hands on experience in the quality control area of NDE, Welding Technology, Painting, Electrical & Instrumentation, Civil works as applicable.
- Familiarization with the respective Codes and Standards used in the various field of applicable Engineering specialization
- Knowledge on Material Codes/Standards
- Certification for nondestructive testing techniques (ASNT- TC Level II in Non Destructive Testing) and Welding Inspection (AWS/CSWIP) as applicable
- 5 to 10 years of overall work experience in respective Business line projects of the Organization
