We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our Training & Education Center in Al Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects, ensuring that all operations meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage MEP projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring that all work is performed according to established standards and regulations.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Oversee procurement processes, including the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability throughout the project.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience 10 years minimum as an MEP Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
