One of the leading dessert and catering brands in Kuwait, specializing in artisanal sweets, premium chocolates, and date-based treats.
Job Description:
- Oversee the preparation and tempering of chocolate, pralines, truffles, ganache, and molded products.
- Develop innovative chocolate recipes and seasonal collections aligned with brand standards and customer preferences.
- Monitor ingredient quality, manage inventory, and maintain temperature-controlled production environments to preserve product integrity.
- Ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Male, preferably ages 40 and below
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, Baking & Pastry, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as Chocolate Chef in F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong technical skills in chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and flavor pairing with high attention to detail.
