We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• Prepare, review, and format documents, and reports.
• Coordinate with team members across multiple offices to ensure smooth workflow and timely information sharing.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
• Prepare and update Excel reports, including sales and point-of-sale data.
• Support team members with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
