We are seeking a full-time Door Hardware Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing department.
Our department has over 18 years of industry experience, with a portfolio including premium and value door hardware, smart locks, handles, hinges, closers, and full project support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and engaging potential clients in both project and manufacturer segments.
- Promoting the Company's full hardware portfolio, including both premium and value products.
- Preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and closing sales opportunities.
- Coordinating with technical and operations teams to support specification, delivery, and installation.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with all clients.
The work schedule is as per regular company timings, 7 am to 4 pm.
Payroll Salary: KWD350
Non-Payroll Benefits: Car and Petrol Allowance
Skills
Qualifications & Experience
- An Associate Degree, Technical Certification, or Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction, hardware, or building materials industry.
- Knowledge of door hardware is a plus.
