Role Purpose
To lead digital growth strategies, performance optimization, and omni-channel marketing execution. This role owns the full marketing funnel (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention) and ensures measurable sales impact across online and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, plan, and lead strategic digital campaigns aligned with product launches and brand storytelling.
• Manage media buying budgets and optimize ROAS, CAC, LTV, and customer acquisition funnels across markets (KSA / KW / UAE / QA / BH / OM).
• Lead internal & external agencies to ensure unified brand voice and high-quality content delivery.
• Analyze customer behavior, audience segmentation, and website heatmaps; recommend UX enhancements.
• Set up marketing automation flows (welcome flows, win-back, cross-sell, abandoned cart).
• Lead influencer strategy and evaluate influencer ROI and impact on sales & visibility.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and launch campaign reports with actionable insights & recommendations.
• Train and guide junior marketing specialists to elevate team capability.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in Beauty, Retail, or Fragrance).
• Strong experience in Meta Ads + TikTok Ads + Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of Shopify / Magento / WooCommerce (or equivalent).
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets proficiency.
• Fluent Arabic & English
