Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic advice.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and provide feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure compliance and effective reporting.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and candidate experiences.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Assist in the development of recruitment policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
