Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for DX (Direct Expansion) HVAC systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors in the HVAC industry.
- Provide technical consultations and propose customized DX unit solutions that meet the clients’ cooling requirements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations for DX systems.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop effective HVAC solutions.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations related to DX HVAC systems.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for DX HVAC systems.
- Support project execution teams to ensure smooth implementation and performance of the installed systems.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, focusing on DX HVAC systems or related products.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, especially DX systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the HVAC industry.
- In-depth knowledge of DX system design, installation, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
