HVAC Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for DX (Direct Expansion) HVAC systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors in the HVAC industry.
  • Provide technical consultations and propose customized DX unit solutions that meet the clients’ cooling requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations for DX systems.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop effective HVAC solutions.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations related to DX HVAC systems.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets for DX HVAC systems.
  • Support project execution teams to ensure smooth implementation and performance of the installed systems.



Skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, focusing on DX HVAC systems or related products.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC principles, especially DX systems.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the HVAC industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of DX system design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
